Fiaschetteria "La Pace" is a traditional Tuscan restaurant, where fresh, high-quality ingredients are the foundation of all our dishes. Fresh pasta is rigorously homemade, hand-made. Meat is sourced from the butcher. Fish is sourced from the fishmonger. Local vegetables are sourced. Wines are selected from all over Tuscany, with a focus on organic and natural products. And wines by the bottle, of course.
