Wine Experience – The Excellence of the Pistoia Region

Let us guide you on an authentic food and wine experience to discover the most representative wines and flavors of the province of Pistoia. Depending on the number of participants, the tasting will take place at the wine shop or in the elegant and characteristic rooms of Osteria Gargantua, where tradition, hospitality, and the culture of good living meet.

The tour includes a tasting of six wines selected from the most prestigious wineries in the Pistoia area: a refined selection of whites, rosés, and reds, chosen to showcase the diverse character of our hills and mountains.

The wines will be accompanied by typical local specialties:

• Artisanal pecorino cheeses produced in the Pistoia mountains;
• Bruschetta prepared with extra virgin olive oil from the local hills.
• The experience will be led by an AIS Sommelier, who will accompany guests on a journey through scents, aromas, and traditions, illustrating the characteristics of the wines, production techniques, and the unique characteristics of Pistoia's viticulture.

This tasting represents a special opportunity to experience an authentic region, still largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism, yet rich in wine and food excellence.
